Abdel Reid
Abdel Reid is the Head of Portfolio Management at Fifth Wall, where he oversees Fifth Wall's efforts in facilitating partnerships between portfolio companies and our corporate partners.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Abdel was Vice President of Operations at Taymax, one of the largest franchisees of Planet Fitness gyms, which was acquired by private equity firm Trilantic North America in 2018.
Abdel started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs before joining 3i’s private equity practice.
Abdel is from Georgetown, Guyana, and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from Harvard University, where he received his BA in economics.

Andreas Scholten
Andreas Scholten is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on identifying emerging opportunities in property technology.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Andreas launched and led the U.S. arm of Printi, an online printing business headquartered in Brazil. He previously worked in technology investing at Silver Lake Partners.
Andreas was born in Munich, Germany, and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in business and international studies.

Andriy Mykhaylovskyy
Andriy Mykhaylovskyy is a Managing Partner and COO at Fifth Wall, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Andriy was a Principal and founding team member at Evergreen Coast Capital, a technology-focused private equity affiliate of Elliott Management Corporation. Other previous leadership roles include Vice President at The Gores Group, an operationally focused private equity fund, and CFO of Identified, a data and analytics company focused on workforce optimization that raised $33 million of venture capital and was acquired by Workday (NYSE: WDAY) in 2014.
Andriy started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he offered financial advisory and capital-raising services to global industrial corporations, before joining technology-focused private equity firm Francisco Partners as an Associate.
Andriy grew up in New York City and is originally from Ukraine. He graduated with honors from Princeton University, where he studied at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Andriy received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Brad Greiwe
Brad Greiwe is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Fifth Wall, where he guides the firm’s strategic vision.
Prior to starting Fifth Wall, Brad co-founded Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), a multi-billion dollar owner and operator of single-family rental properties originally backed by The Blackstone Group. As CTO, he positioned Invitation Homes as the dominant technology-forward brand in the single-family rental category, developing a proprietary technology stack to support the valuation, acquisition, rehabilitation, leasing, and professional management of over 80,000 homes in 17 major markets, serving 120,000 residents across the U.S.
Brad started his career in investment banking at UBS in the real estate, lodging, and leisure group, where he tallied over $33 billion of M&A advisory work and $1 billion of debt and equity financing, including the sale of Hilton Hotels to The Blackstone Group for $26 billion—the largest hotel privatization in history. He then worked in real estate private equity at Tishman Speyer and Starwood Capital, where he executed over $30 billion of acquisitions, debt financing, and development projects.
Brad is originally from Cincinnati, lives in San Francisco, and graduated from Harvard University, where he received his BA in economics.

Brendan Wallace
Brendan Wallace is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Fifth Wall, where he guides the firm’s strategic vision.
Prior to starting Fifth Wall, Brendan co-founded Identified, a workforce optimization data and analytics company that raised $33 million of venture funding and was acquired by Workday (NYSE: WKDY) in 2014. He also co-founded Cabify, the largest ridesharing service in Latin America, and has been an active investor, leading more than 60 angel investments including Bonobos, Dollar Shave Club, Lyft, SpaceX, Clutter, and Philz Coffee.
Brendan started his career at Goldman Sachs in the real estate, hospitality, and gaming group before joining The Blackstone Group’s real estate private equity practice.
Brendan is from New York City and currently lives in Venice. He graduated from Princeton University, where he received his BA in political science and economics. He received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dan Wenhold
Dan Wenhold is a Principal on the Retail & Consumer Investment team Fifth Wall, where he oversees the team's operations and leads investments in omnichannel retail brands and technologies.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Dan was the first employee and Director of Retail at The Black Tux and a growth equity investor at Battery Ventures. Dan started his career as a financial analyst at Robert W. Baird.
Dan was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Chicago, and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in finance.

Darren Handoko
Darren Handoko is an Associate on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall, where he supports the firm’s LPs in the office / multi-family spaces.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Darren was a San Francisco-based consultant for McKinsey’s capital projects and infrastructure practice, advising cities and real estate owners on the implementation of affordable housing strategies. He also led several digital transformation programs for mining, aerospace and defense, and technology companies and spearheaded investment due diligence projects for private equity firms on the West Coast.
Darren is from Claremont and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from Stanford University, where he studied materials science and engineering.

Dylan Emmett
Dylan Emmett is a Principal on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall, where he drives innovation and value creation for our corporate partners.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Dylan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he drove impactful marketing and sales transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Dylan also previously led pricing and M&A efforts at Edcon, the largest apparel retailer in southern Africa.
Dylan grew up in South Africa and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two young kids. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Science in finance from the University of Cape Town.

Erik Lim
Erik Lim is an Associate on the Real Estate Technology Investment team at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on company underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Erik was an investor at JMI Equity, a software-focused private equity firm, and AXA Venture Partners, a venture capital firm backed by global insurer AXA.
Erik is originally from Palos Verdes Estates, CA, and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University, where he studied business and psychology. There, he earned All-American honors while competing on the Men’s Varsity Tennis team.

Jessica Sopo
Jessica is the Office Manager and an Executive Assistant at Fifth Wall, where she oversees daily office operations.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Jessica was a Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant at The Counter. She has also held roles at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Outside Eyes Inc. and Chapman University.
Jessica was born in Long Beach, CA and currently lives in Los Angeles. She graduated from Chapman University, where she received her BA in Integrated Educational Studies with a focus on Business Marketing and a double minor in Leadership Studies and Dance.

Joe Kim
Joe Kim is the Vice President of Finance at Fifth Wall, where he manages the firm’s budgeting and fund administration.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Joe was a Senior Manager of Finance at Vista Equity Partners, a software and technology private equity firm, where he oversaw the finance and accounting of middle-market buyout funds. Before Vista, he was a Manager at Standish Management, a fund administrator focused on venture capital.
Joe started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, auditing asset management and banking sectors.
Joe was born in South Korea and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in finance and received his Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a CPA and CFA charterholder.

Joe Wang
Joe Wang is a Principal on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall, where he drives innovation and value creation transformations with startups and corporate partners globally.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Joe was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he led investment due diligence and growth equity in the private equity and principal investors practice and guided executive teams through distressed turnaround and good-to-great corporate transformations as part of the recovery and transformation services practice. Joe was also a founding member of OMNI, McKinsey’s venture-seeded geospatial analytics platform that delivers real-time insights to real estate owners and their tenants.
Joe is from Los Angeles, where he lives today. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received his BS in economics with a finance concentration from the Wharton School and his BA in biology from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Josh Schwartz
Josh Schwartz is an Associate on the Real Estate Technology Investing team at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on company underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
Previously, Josh was an Analyst in the technology group at Centerview Partners in Palo Alto and an Analyst in the technology, media, and telecommunications group at Guggenheim Partners in New York.
Josh is originally from Los Angeles and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his BA in economics with a minor in consumer psychology.

Julie Lydon
Julie Lydon is the Head of Communications at Fifth Wall, where she oversees all marketing and communications programs and activities.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, she guided engineers, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and C-level executives on strategic communications while working at X (formerly Google X), Alphabet Energy, Bank of the West/BNP Paribas, Weber Shandwick, Porter Novelli, and while running her own consultancy, lydonpr.
Julie started her career at Copithorne & Bellows in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
She was born in Portland, Maine, and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, with a BA in French and theatre.

Kate Bassett
Kate Bassett is an Associate on the Communications team at Fifth Wall, where supports all marketing and communications programs and activities.
Previously, Kate worked at WME | IMG in both the television and communications departments.
Kate is from Richmond, Virginia, and lives in Los Angeles. She graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a BA in European Studies and was a member of the Women’s Division I Swimming & Diving team.

Kate Miller
Kate Miller is an Associate on the Real Estate Technology Investment team at Fifth Wall, where she focuses on company underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
Previously, Kate was an Investment Banking Analyst in the diversified industries group at J.P. Morgan in New York.
Kate is from Tuckahoe, New York, and currently lives in Los Angeles. She graduated with honors from Princeton University, where she received her BA in economics.

Kevin Campos
Kevin Campos is a Principal on the Retail & Consumer Investment team, where he oversees the team's operations and leads investments in omnichannel retail brands and technologies.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Kevin was the Chief Retail Officer for Combatant Gentlemen, a digitally native menswear brand. He also was a member of the retail team at Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm where he invested in and helped scale established brands comprising a $1 billion portfolio. Kevin started his career at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant advising technology, media, and investment fund clients.
Kevin is from Los Angeles and currently lives in West LA. He graduated from Princeton University with a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and received the R.W. van de Velde award.

Kevin Nee
Kevin Nee is the Head of Capital Formation at Fifth Wall, where he oversees the firm’s fundraising efforts and limited partner relationships.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Kevin served as a Managing Director of Arixa Capital, CEO of Covariance Capital (a TIAA subsidiary), President of Wilshire Private Markets, Managing Director of BlackRock Alternative Advisors, and Co-Founder of Quellos Private Capital Markets (later acquired by BlackRock), all investment management organizations with a meaningful or exclusive orientation towards venture capital, private equity and/or real estate.
Kevin began his private markets career with Invesco Private Capital, focusing on investments with managers and directly into venture-backed companies, before joining Capital Z Partners, with an emphasis on seeding new private markets managers.
Kevin was born in New York City and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

K.C. Cleary
K.C. is a Partner on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, K.C. spent five years in management consulting at McKinsey, where he led transformations for consumer and retail clients. In addition, K.C. was a founding member of a new initiative at McKinsey to deliver advanced analytics insights to real estate owners and their tenants.
K.C. started his career in the private wealth management group at Goldman Sachs, serving ultra high-net-worth families, institutions, and endowments before moving to New York to join the group’s management team.
K.C. is from Detroit and currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children. He graduated from Harvard College with a BA in economics and from the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles with an MBA.

Luke Williams
Luke Williams is an Associate on the Portfolio Management team at Fifth Wall, where he supports Fifth Wall's efforts in facilitating partnerships between portfolio companies and our corporate partners. Prior to joining the Portfolio Management team, Luke was an Analyst on Fifth Wall’s Real Estate Technology investment team focused on company underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
Before joining Fifth Wall, Luke worked as an Associate in PNC Bank’s development program in the asset management group.
Luke is from Cincinnati and currently lives in Venice. He graduated from Georgetown University, where he received his BSBA in finance and economics from the McDonough School of Business.

Marie Daubourg
Marie Daubourg is an Associate on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall, where she supports the firm’s LPs in Europe.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Marie was a Consultant at Bain & Company for 4 years, working out of the Dubai, London, and Paris offices. Her work spanned retail, real-estate, financial services, M&A integration, and private equity due diligences as part of Bain’s Private Equity team.
Marie is from Paris and currently lives in London. She graduated from ESSEC Business School in France, where she received a BA in Business Administration. She received her Masters in Management from London Business School.

Michael New
Michael New is the Chief of Staff at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on evolving the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Prior to serving as Chief of Staff, Michael was an Associate on Fifth Wall's Real Estate Technology and Retail & Consumer investment teams.
Michael started his career at Velos Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investments in early-stage consumer technology companies.
Michael was born in Bethesda, Maryland and currently lives in Venice. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in economics.

Miguel Nigorra
Miguel Nigorra is a Principal on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall, where he drives innovation and value creation transformations with startups and corporate partners in Europe.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Miguel worked at McKinsey for over nine years in the Madrid and London offices. As part of the digital practice,he led teams across Europe in numerous real estate engagements. He also was a Business Development & Strategy Manager at Fon Wireless, the largest WiFi network in the world.
Miguel started his career at The Coca Cola Company and Diageo.
Miguel is from Madrid, and currently lives in London. He received his BA in business administration and finance from Universidad Pontificiade Comillas, ICADE in Madrid and participated in exchange programs at Fordham University in New York and HEC at the University of Montreal. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Mike Foell
Mike Foell is a Finance Manager at Fifth Wall.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Mike was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Asset and Wealth Management group where he provided tax compliance and consulting services of start-up to middle-market venture capital, private equity, and real estate funds. Before PwC, Mike managed the taxes of high-net-worth individuals at a small boutique firm in King of Prussia, PA.
Mike was born in Philadelphia and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a degree in accounting and finance and is also a licensed CPA.

Nic Poulos
Nic Poulos is a Partner at Fifth Wall where he focuses on real estate technology investments.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Nic was a Partner and co-founder at Bowery Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York. There, Nic led and supported investments in enterprise technology businesses such as Transfix, GoExpedi, mParticle, CredSimple, Electric, and Netomi.
Nic started his career at GCA Savvian in the internet group before joining AOL Ventures.
Nic is from San Francisco, CA and currently lives in Los Angeles. He graduated from Princeton University, where he received his BA in history.

Roelof Opperman
Roelof Opperman is a Principal on the Real Estate Technology Investment team at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on technology and innovations within the multifamily, office, and hospitality real estate asset classes.
Roelof has led Fifth Wall’s investments in Lyric, Eden, Appear Here, Hippo, Industrious, Loggi, Recharge, Lime, and Aurora Solar.
Previously, Roelof worked at Norwest Venture Partners, Evercore Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Bridgewater Associates. Roelof is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Emory University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Sarah Liu
Sarah Liu is an Associate on the Strategic Advisory team at Fifth Wall, where she supports the firm’s LPs in the residential space.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Sarah worked at McKinsey in San Francisco. Her work there spanned FIG, TMT, and retail and included private equity due diligence, M&A strategy, and corporate transformations.
Sarah was born in Shenyang, China, grew up in Toronto, and currently lives in Venice. She graduated summa cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a BS in economics.

Shannon Brady
Shannon Brady is an Associate at Fifth Wall, where she focuses on company underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Shannon was an Investment Associate at TPG Growth and The Rise Fund, where she worked on investing in growth equity and middle-market companies, as well as impact investing.
Shannon started her career at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst in Los Angeles.
Shannon is from Orange County, CA and currently lives in Playa Vista. She graduated from University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and supplemental degree in Classics Civilization.

Tyson Woeste
Tyson Woeste is a Venture Partner on the Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) team at Fifth Wall, where he oversees the team’s investing and strategic advisory efforts.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, he was the CEO and founder of Transported, a SaaS product for creating virtual reality tours for residential and office brokers. He previously led marketing and mobile products at TrueCar through the company’s IPO (NASDAQ: TRUE) and served as the Vice President of Technology at ThisNext, a social shopping and discovery startup.
He began his career as a mechanical engineer working on a range of sophisticated technologies including optical pump lasers, lithium-ion batteries, and inertial guidance systems.
Tyson is from Vancouver and currently lives in Los Angeles. He has a BEng from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles.

Vik Chawla
Vik Chawla is a Principal on the Real Estate Technology Investment team at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on technology and innovations within the homebuilding, retail, and industrial asset classes.
Previously, Vik was an Investment Associate at Echelon Asset Management, a special situations fixed income hedge fund focused on the non-bank lending asset class, where he led the firm’s fundamental due diligence processes.
Vik began his career at The Blackstone Group, where he worked on advisory transactions spanning the energy, real estate, and financial services industries.
Vik is from Danville, California, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he received his BS in economics with concentrations in finance and statistics and a minor in mathematics. During his undergraduate years, Vik co-founded the Kairos Society, the largest and most recognized global network of entrepreneurs under the age of 25.
